Weird noise, sounds like a fan

I'm a mecp installer lol. Dash is cake. I've tried everything with my heat and air to see if i can get it to stop. No such luck. I've got air coming in from somewhere turning a fan, just don't know which.

Also gotta find the exterior molding strips. Need one for the drivers fender.
