Ok I figured out how to test.. I used two paper clips, one in each of the terminals and got 4.9 volts with the water temp sensor unplugged and .8 when water temp sensor is plugged in. Also getting plenty of voltage from the +B terminal... So resistance of the water temp sensor is close to in range, I'm going to wait for it to cool down more and test again.... and all ECU terminals are putting out volts, so assuming that the sensor has the right amount of resistance I'm lost
as to why it's throwing code 22.
