So, was there coolant in the oil when the HG blew?
Replacing bearings isn't fun... not by any measure, but I'm confident in the statement that it's not the hardest thing you'll face in life. Personally, if it were me, now is the time I'd plan on a rebuild and make sure that hence forth the engine will be reliable. You are going to need to pull the engine... trying it with the block in the car is ill advised and MUCH more difficult than necessary. |
