isnt that a little bit to hot, ive been working on cummins engines which are big v16 twin turbo engines with 1800hp at 1800rpm they are not to go higher then 2000rpm and they cant get hotter then 194F otherwise its ECU does a emergency shutdown on the engine.....
at those on the page the water would be almost boiling at that temp....
