Actually its kinda hard to find if youre not familiar with the factory repair manual and the ewd. This is the page of the ewd that has the temps:
http://http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra...x?S=Main&P=145 They turn on at 212°F, and off at 203°F. The 212°C is a misprint.
