didn work at first cause of the heat of the headers.... we had drilled the intake close by the throttle body to see the temp of the air going in with a intake sensor, at that location you know the estimate of the temp(i think)... with the weapon r its made of aluminium so it conducts heat and the temp was up by almost 50 degrees.. thats y i went and got the coat and wrapped the headers and il take pics and send it to you when i can... with it installed did notice a slight faster response on the engine but dont know by how much because i used to have a chrome tube and had a so called small supercharger in it which made a huge difference when it was without it so now with the new intake without the supercharger its a dificult to know

Going to hook up my AEM dryflow soon and cooleeze IC pipes.... going to see how much a diff it makes and if imma need to run the filter to a cooler spot or not.

Currently just have the drop in K&N she felt a lil quicker after that.. very minimal though

the small supercharger is just a small fan that starts spinning when u start up the engine. when the engine is running at high rpm it makes the fan spin faster. when u let go of the gas the fan keeps spinning without losing the speed fast and when u press the gas it inmediatly gets air "pushed" in by the little fan which gives u a faster response, a little bit of hp increase and u get more mileage out of it... it just sits in the intake tube no wires or anything... the weapon r intake consists of another pipe in it that is why i cant use the lil thing

get a heat shield for it maybe that will help or use a longer pipe to get it more up front further away from the engine

nope that just sits still.. the blades are a lil sideways which makes the air like spin around in the intake... by that the airflow doesn lose speed

i am talking about this thing....
only usable in N/A cars.... if you have a turbo then this wont help
