It is loud, the way it seperates the waste gate from the main flow is only a little peice of metal...
So even when waste gate is not opening some air gets down thru the other opnening. My car sounds alot nicer.. Its not too bad when ur just cruising around but if u hit it, and ur waste gate opens.. Its pretty loud My state ha s no emissions so idk about all that
