Anyone ever try cracked block fixer like Irontite?

I just kept topping off the radiator and after 4 times and 300 miles later, it is holding. But I was curious if any of this block and head sealer stuff works. Hope I never have to find out. Thanks again, this is a great Supra site, very helpful.
