Even if they used ARP moly lube at 58ft/lbs it is not enough. They probably used motor oil.

Sounds like you have a choice of tearing it apart now or using that instant blown motor in a bottle and tearing it apart later with a bigger bill.

I wouldnt jump to conclusions, always test the system before doing anything else. its a million times easier and cheaper, and youd feel like shit if you did all the headgasket stuff over and it still did the same thing.
