what everybody is calling a pcv valve just kinda looks like 2 hose that come out of the crank case and going through a metal pipe to the throttle body is there some thing in there to get clogged or does the pipe just get clogged.

The port on the throttle body has a smaller hole, to control the "vacuum" (amount of air coming in). It can get clogged.
