If its the mass air it wouldn't even go pass 2000 rpm
How slow do you drive At higher gears? I mean if you go too low Wouldn't the car stall? Maybe that's why its shaking?

check your timeing, over advanced could cause it to detonate and feel like its shakeing like that. Also test the throttle position sensor

No its not a turbo, and when running at 3000 rpm it Feels like when your in too high gear for the RpM.
im talking Like 5th gear arround 3000 rpm is when its shaking and 2nd gear around 3000 rpm |

Check the drive shaft, u-joints, center support bearings.
