Default Does the stock Clutch fan pull or pushes air through the radiator?

What is the stock CFM of clutch fan.

Does it pull or pushes air through the radiator?

I just realized that the 16" is to big for my radiator.

I have to go to a 14" fan.

I hope this will not pose a problem?

I am exchanging my 16" for 14" with 1600 cfm

I need my car for work and college.
