nice, i always thought a good zuke would be fun. couple of my buddies have them. ones on a toyota frame n running gear rocking a small block. the others on 4.88 toyota solid axles with the stock motor/tranny.
urs should be pretty sick! i only wana be able to run 33's at most. found some sick fiberglass body parts for mine the other day, 3 inch flares for beds and fenders, looked pretty sick! neway, good luck with it all, keep updating when you make some progress.

blew up a coolant hose last night. been trying to kill this engine sooo hard.
i rev her to 6 grand almost every shift, 2 days ago i think i blew out my cam tower gaskets aswell haha... i have normal oil pressure for about 15 mins of driving then it sinks down to nothing... gona finally assemble my nice head, with all new seals and gaskets. and probly swap it onto my 5m block...

damn hose....
![]() haha, sounds like a plan, id "fluff" the head a bit, pretty easy to do with a dremel and a couple bits. picked up 20+ CFM on mine with a pretty basic port job, bout 12 hours worth of work minus reassembly time.

probly not goin through the trouble of polishing up a head, i already had one jet cleaned.

yea i hear ya lol. i woulda put a 1uz in my truck but it wouldve taken me even longer than it is now.
shoot if it was worth the shipping id say send ur head to me and ill PnP it, but thatd be hella shipping cost. heres what my head looked like after i ported it.

gona finally start working on my 1uz.
my 5m blew up so i gotta pull that in the meantime. i purchased a repair manual for the 1uz from lexus, and its big.... probly gona have to drain all my old gas now because its been sitting so long...
