have a complete 5m block.
after hitting it with a strait edge its been stripped down.

while removing the crankshaft i noticed bearings for connecting rods in cylinders 2,5,and 6 were warped.

cylinder walls are looking rough, im thinking im gona get them bored.

5m block is in for machine work, possible bore, but i am still looking for pistons
crankshaft is getting reground, and fitted for new bearings.

and i am staying with stock rods.

i have a few sets of injectors that might work for you.

set of ls1 36#hr injectors w/clips, low Z (off 98 buick regal supercharged motor)

set of injectors from buick pk ave ultra (supercharged) 24#hr with clips

can prolly work up some toyota injector clips too.

i have a set of 5m connecting rods too, id just shot peen them and have them reconditioned, then balance everything. (balancing rod/pistons isnt that hard, and most piston kits are already balanced +/- .5 grams, the crank is the only piece that the machine shop would do, or just have them do it all for like 250-275)

u can use the turbo type piston kits from the 7mge as they are the same bore increments, that would take care of the pistons and rings.

bearings id go with clevite 77's or king/acl.

u can pick up an hks mhg on ebay for 100 delivered, 1.2mm thickness

an f1 racing clutch wouldnt be bad, stage 2 is a carbon disk hd unit, thats what im using and they get decent reviews, mine was 150 shipped.

i have a couple 7m oil pumps, ones a supra style mid sump, the other is a front sump style. ive cleaned them, but havent checked lash. they both were in running motors.

sweet deal, thats on my list too. what you got for a 4x4?

trying to decide whether or not to keep my IFS or do a SAS for my truck. itll cost me about the same in the end.

ifs rides so nice but the sas is robust and flexes better (not that i care cuz im not extreme).

nice, i always thought a good zuke would be fun. couple of my buddies have them. ones on a toyota frame n running gear rocking a small block. the others on 4.88 toyota solid axles with the stock motor/tranny.

urs should be pretty sick! i only wana be able to run 33's at most. found some sick fiberglass body parts for mine the other day, 3 inch flares for beds and fenders, looked pretty sick!

neway, good luck with it all, keep updating when you make some progress.
