Suprastore.com !!!! Are they robers ?????

Any one know Mark from suprastore.com ??? I made order: Supra-14308 order date 28/07/2008 It wos CT26 upgrade 60-1 hks stopper 2mm ati clear cam cover axsis pads (set) greddy timing belt hks spark plugs spark plug wires hks spark plugs for 1995 MKIV tt after half year I recived only CT26 upgrade 60-1 every mail he ask me about patience. this is mail from suprastore: SupraStore - Mark 23-12-08 Odpowiedz We are working on completing your order, thank you for your patience. or We have you on our list to resolve any missing parts, we are committed to making that happen for you. thats sucks ,
you would think those parts aren't that difficult to get and that the upgrade kit would be the hardest to get or the clear cam cover , but plugs and wires ?

mark is my uncle and he lives in Australia now. he has a guy that runs most of the business out of florida.
they arnt robers. its been very difficult for him to get back up and running. have you received all your stuff yet? |

2 bad experiences from suprastore.com
First time I order over 1000.00 worth of parts and it took a year to receive, and was difficult to get a hold of them or any answers from them. What landed up happening was I settled for a different part. Second time same situation but this time I canceled my order after a month and received a refund. I took them off my tool bar and will never do business with them again. I suggest the rest of you do the same. My guess is they don't carry any of the parts they list and when you place an order they inturn place the order with the manufacturers, and they probably want payment from them immediately do to they fact that they have established a bad report with them.
