First time I order over 1000.00 worth of parts and it took a year to receive, and was difficult to get a hold of them or any answers from them. What landed up happening was I settled for a different part. Second time same situation but this time I canceled my order after a month and received a refund. I took them off my tool bar and will never do business with them again. I suggest the rest of you do the same. My guess is they don't carry any of the parts they list and when you place an order they inturn place the order with the manufacturers, and they probably want payment from them immediately do to they fact that they have established a bad report with them.

So this guy Andrew that runs the store now, he is just a middle man, I ordered like ten things two weeks ago only got two so far. Called about the others and he is waiting for them to show up at his shop to send them off to me.. If your considering buying stuff from suprastore I'd call and make sure they have it in stock before you order. And also plan on waiting for your parts. Sure they have good deals on some parts and it does make it easier to be able to order different things at one place but when you dont even carry the parts you advertise and have to order them from another party to ship off thats just not right. Should keep things in stock so people can get their parts they dish money out for...... I better stop before I vent to much.. was on two week vacation and was looking forward to working on my car now I will get the parts when I go back to work on Monday.. really irritated..

I had put in for a front and rear strut tower brace but then was sent an email saying they were on 10 weeks back order so I didn't get them. But my exhaust, cat and intake came in a reasonable time.

I bought a pressure plate and driveshaft from horsepowerfreaks.com shipping took about a week and a half but they sent me the wrong driveshaft, which was the toyota parts suppliers fault but then ended up take 2 weeks longer to fix the problem and get the right driveshaft in about I got them all in, and mvp was fantastic they had parts shipped to me within two days from texas for ground shipping and emailing me was prompt.
