one is between about #2 & #3 cylinder, if you stick your arm under there (when it's cold) you'll be able to feel it...

there are two bolts at the top behind the head, you can get to them with a little bit of mucking around with 2 14mm spanners, use the 2nd spanner as leverage

check over all your intercooler pipes and do a diagnostic too...

reason i say no washers is that a boost controller is much much easier to change than unbolting the wastegate and changing washers hehe
