Are you talking about TEMS? The sport button and comfort button with the 4 lights? Correct me if i'm wrong.. im not familiar with the automatics. If it is the TEMS then it shouldn't interfere

You would need a manual gearbox, bellhousing, driveshaft, clutch and brake pedals, clutch master and slave sylinder, a clutch and clutch line... anything else im missing? ecu maybe? idk.

i think you are better off with using turbo electronics if your gonna use a stock rebuilt turbo engine. probably save you loads of headaches.
