So, 160 kph on the Ohio turnpike = about 100 mph.

And as far as machining the EGR cooler cover,...
And as far as machining the EGR cooler cover, that is not a common problem like say the exhaust manifold studs stripping out. You were the exception not the rule.
DON'T IGNORE THE EGR COOLER...

Hey Bill UK...or anybody whose done it...I have ARP studs. I thought a good idea would be to install studs first then gently lower the head on. Turns out this doesn't work as the heater union hits...
