i would personally go a mkIV as they are newer...
i would personally go a mkIV as they are newer and i think have more mods (not sure ;). but if your 15 i would just go mkIII. there is no reason not to and a mkIV could be more dangerous in a young...

i'd probably go for it since its an old supra...
i'd probably go for it since its an old supra that no one will have, though i question its 80000k's? and have you had a really good look aound the car, might be to much rust to do anything with it...

i know that the 1jz is a jdm engine and the 7mgte a usa spec, though i'd loke to know which one is more powerful (i know jdm model cars are usually better, but by how much in hp? :huh: )
