Those aren't stock for an MKiii, I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong but those are from an MKiv and are they 16" or 17"? Bolt pattern should be 5 x 114.3. I have a set of those rims (16" non-turbo) on...

If you have a volt meter....make sure there is...
If you have a volt meter....make sure there is power coming to the lights. I had the same problem and it turned out to be a loose connection....anotherwards where it clips into the light housing....
