LOL, yes the hood was actually cut, there's two 4" holes, covered with louvers from underneath.. (i bought it like this).

The hood lines up with the fenders fine.....ill try to adjust those...

id say it would be next to impossible to remove...

id say it would be next to impossible to remove all the top coat without damaging the paint underneath...the previous owner just didnt prep the surface right b4 he sprayed paint..
