Starter problems plz help

I woke up this morning and it was still snowing aperently it froze last night, when i tryed to start the car it wouldnt start, there was a buzzing /humming sound, i think it could be that the starter...

Timing

Im not sure if its my timming my car is turning over and rrvry thing but it wont start up, if i hold it then it feals really rough

any sudgestions?

i just finished as well replacing the head gasket...

i just finished as well replacing the head gasket and theres is a wire that looks like a ground one that conects to the bottom left (looking at it from the front) it looks liek it would be a ground...

I just put my car all back togeather after replacing the head gasket, and i started it up and well it turned over whitch is more then i thought it was gona do but didnt start and fuel started...

Do you have to change them every time you take them out ?

I had a problem where my car just wouldnt start, where nothing happened when i woudl turn the key, but it just woudlnt start the engine, but im not sure is manual has something like a nutral starter...
