I believe that means its not set (to secure the car). Check the hood sensor first (as its the easiest, then hatch sensor, and then possibly one of the door sensors, cause its probably one of them...

Perhaps it is vacuum sensitive, as some older American cars had a system that helped you not have the throttle too far open, those lose economy.
