If his existing fan is working then adding another isn't going to fix anything.

The fan clutch should get harder to spin the warmer it is (with the engine off). If it's as easy to spin when cold...

I agree with the others that the stock fan should be more than sufficient. However, do note that the GTE already has a supplimental electric fan mounted between the radiator and a/c condenser.... not...
