Yea the bolts are torqued right and it doesnt over heat at all. The only thing was the water in the pipes. It doesnt smoke anymore. Now it just needa to be fine timed.

update!

Just found that there was alot of water in the exhaust. :eek2: Catalyc conv and muffler. Ran it for about ten min with alot of high rpm revs and its all cleared out.
