If you was burning oil it would be bluish smoke did u torque the head bolts to the right spec or the head might be warped and needs to be shaved has the car ever overheated before

Yea the bolts are torqued right and it doesnt over heat at all. The only thing was the water in the pipes. It doesnt smoke anymore. Now it just needa to be fine timed.

Unhappy White smoke. Someone help!!!

Ok i just replaced the head gasket on my 7MGE. Got it all back together and then it ended up not starting. It stopped starting before i changed the head gasket. So i tried a bunch of things and i still couldnt get it to sart. I Ended up taking it in to the shop and had them check it and they said the mass air flow sensor had an internal short in it and wasnt producing the 5 volts to let the car start. So i went out to pick n pull and got some parts for it (including the sensor) and the car started right up.

Now while the car is running all i get is white smoke. I dont know what i did wrong so can someone give me some ideas.
Also, would adding too much oil have anything to do with it?

Thanks,
