This is my second Supra the first one was a 88 non-turbo this 87 turbo is much nicer though.

Had this baby for a month and it is looking good. Still needs a lot of work but runs like a champ.

Timer
So the timer on there is not a turbo timer? I just purchased a 87 Supra Turbo a week ago and just discovered the supemonitor 2 days ago. SMH I had an 88 non turbo and it didn't have that. I am stoked...

Well the problem with the car was it jumped timing. Fixed that. The igniter went out so I replaced that. The car is runnig smooth and everything is good again. :bigthumb: :gotnos:

I will try this and let you know how it turned out. I torqued the tensioner around 36lbs. Same belt though. I replace this belt and tensioner 15,000 miles ago.

Help
I replaced with ARP and torqued the head 72 and went around 3 times. I think it jumped timing but not sure. Now it will not start. No water leaks at all.
