Okay I have another one for you guys. My 1991 turbo sits at 1500- 1600 Rps at idle how can I ChangE it to be a oem specks of 600 to 700 rpms? I can't locate the idle screw need some help.

I did manage to time it better than it was before by hand, but it's still leaking oil I think it's coming from the turbo line it just makes sence from all I see...

I just got done replacing the CPS O-ring on my supra. If the timing is not set exact the car will try to find the best timing electronically. It might be that you need to loosen the CPS and rotate it...

Okay so I have replaced the O-ring in the CPS. The oil leak has seem to stop but there were 2 reasons I wanted to replace the O-ring. 1 of course was the oil leak the other was smoke would rise from...

Its a rod. Mine sounded the same way but only right after it fired up it made the noise (just like yours) for maybe 1 second. On the break down of the engine it was all chewed up and had 2 bent valves

I did a lot of homework before i bought my MK3 and I checked out a couple websites a while back. Yes there were 33,283 made in1986.5 counting n/a and turbos all the way to 1989 where 14544 were made....

too bad im just seeing this post. i took me 3 weeks to find a fly wheel. i found one on nopi.com they have a lot from what i was told and not too bad in price. it's only 12 lbs also
