All those sensors are in the same general area on the exhaust side of the engine. Check to see if the wiring could be fried. Check continuity from the sensor plug back to the ECU. Bad ECU's are rare...

I suggest you be patient until a good deal comes around and what you really want. I would think that you could find a decent turbo car for less than the 6K you are willing to throw in to turbocharge...
