Trying to find parts at a fair price
i have an 87 na and i have the body and insides down to nothing. I'm looking for a few trim parts and trying to avoid the dealer. basically these are the parts i'm looking for:

engine swap ?
i have an 87 non-turbo and would like to change it a turbo. i have the 5 speed trans and was ondering if i could use the same trans with either engine.

more power
i just wanted to get some advice on what would be some good mods to do to my 87 n/a. wanting to get as much power as i can without adding the turbo. I know..i know.. why would anyone not want to add...

just wanted to see if anyone had any good sugestions on up grading cams. its for a 7mge none turbo. what lift/duration would be good. or should i stay with what came stock.

check engine light
My 87 non turbo has had the check engine light on for about 2 years and i am really starting to get tired of the little yellow light that comes on EVERY DAY. i have got the code and it is number 53...

like it hits a wall
hi i have an 87 supra 7mge. sometimes when in 3rd and sometimes 4th about 4-5 thousand rpm it seams as if it starts to "gag" a little like it kinda hits a wall. it has aobut 187000 on it so i figure...
