Fixed mine
There's a rod that is on the latch that gets dirt grime in there - I sprayed it with some wd 40 and it works real nice now.

I looked at the kits for like $400 on Ebay. I don't care for the stock seats - Either racing seats or I'm looking into some Lexus seats etc...
