Hmmm I don?t understand why so many people haven?t gone over 130 mph. Offcourse I know it?s dangerous to drive fast but I can?t help myself
The fastest I went in my 2003 STi Impreza was 160 mph I haven?t tried it in the Supra I just bought it but the previous owner went somewhere around 190 mph:nuts: :) |
ahhhh i though supraz could kill 150mph.
imm from Aust. kmph there and ive seen speeds of 260kmph in old holden commyz and there worth nothing compared to the beasty supra. ohh by the way 260kmph is 162mph |

Hi Guys
I will be bring the vanishing point supra over from the UK to start a 15 month tour promoting the The great American run the supra has been used on the last three cannonball runs in europe and as yet has not been beaten on the road . I have attached some pics and have some footage pulling away from an Audi S8 at 120 Mph I don,t know how to post the footage so if anyone can email me I will send it to them . Alsi if any of you supra nuts want to meet up for a beer in the states send me an email to tim@cannonballruneurope.co.uk http://img262.imageshack.us/img262/8...upra0028cl.jpg |
only 125mph its to risky on englands roads plus theres a speed camera every half mile.So its imposible to do any racing ill never see top end in my supra.Except on a dyno-run great fun eh not!!!!http://www.toyota-supra.info/forums/...ons/icon13.gif

Fastest I have ever seen--I don't recommend people do the following! heheh
1994 CBR 900RR : the highest power to weight ratio machine you could buy when it came out in 1993. 170 MPH or just a bit more 3 times. A smooth fresh paved road does help because the smoother the road, the less friction to the tires. 100 MPH knowing I had a flat tire and at night. I was leaning as much forward as I could to keep weight off of the back tire. Had a bolt go in my tire and had no way of bringing her home, so I rode it. 145 MPH in the city with a 40 limit (but it gets up there SO fast and I can shave off heat so fast too. So it does not take long to get up there and bring it back down--a very important feature that is needed for safety's sake. 110 MPH in a turn rated at 40 at night. 1984 MKII Supra : All stock. 125 MPH twice. 125 MPH would be the fasted speed crash (maybe I should upload a pic of that). Car was totalled. 1988 Turbo MKIII : All stock. 135 MPH I may have been able to get more but I did not want to push it further after the way my MKII spun on me. I did those things when I was younger and crazier. I would not--and would not recommend to others to--do the some of those things on public roads in the future. This used to be my sig and has all the machines I mentioned. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v519/Tony9RR/ALLL.bmp |
