so let me get this straight,
i cant drive the speed limit cuz they might think i dont have insurance or a registration but they already given me shit b4 for driving 2 mph over the speed limit thats why i was driving exactly the speed limit so where do i stand now, if i cant drive the speed limit, or go over it and i wouldnt even drive under it, jus to see what thier gonna do
