You must be talking about the MKIV supra, 93-98. Yes, they are one of those cars that don't depreciate like an average car does.
I was a salesman at a Toyota dealer in the summer of '98. There was one still on the floor. Black, with every option (I believe). BEAUTIFUL. Only.....$43995. I read in some magazine article last year that there were less than 1000 made in '98, sadly the last of a special car. The car got better and better, but the price climbed with the technology. It got too high (not that it wasn't worth every dollar) for a 'Toyota'. You could buy a BMW, Mercedes, Porche, for the 'Badge' of taste. But the Supra could kick all their asses on the road. You see, when a man with 'some' $$ , and not a true car enthusiast, buys a car, he wants to impress the ladies, and the 'ladies' don't understand performance, they only know the big luxury names.
