I guess it varies state to state, I'm always confused though, cause even in my own state it doesn't seem like anyone has a right answer. I'll just go with the 25 year rule.

According to State Farm, I can get a classic car plate and insurance right now, which I think I'll do pretty soon.
This isnt my car but it's from another forum
