UPS n downs
I had a similar problem with UPS for a $3.00 marker light, shipping cost me $30.00 via UPS (for extra brokerage fees from USA). USPS would have been $5.00 !
I was pissed,  ,them's the brakes, live 'n learn...ps. the marker light was a piece of  to boot!
