cash for clukers
I have seen a lot of this on TV but what is it? Will they give you money for your old car, or do you have to buy a new car to get the money? My brother has a old civic that is good on mileage, but not running so good any more so I wanted to know. Would he get cash for it. Man I need an old car if thats true!

no the car has to be running and has to get below 20mpg the dealer will look up the specs on the car and see what its supposed to have. and they give you $4500 toward a new car.
