mint mk3 turbo is definately alot more then 4k supra girl, you should see what some of them go for on ebay. and in the papers around here. Yeah
the 1986.5's are non turbo over here from the factory. My thought is that there is no reason you should go for a supra with a mint body if your planning on customizing completely to your specs, new paint colot etc... But don't get a body that is completeky shot either, if you can save a grand or two because one of the fenders is messed up, to me it would be worth it, then again i would buy any supra i can get my hands on no matter the condition.
