Unhappy Headliners

Has anyone ever replaced the headliner in a MK III Supra? Is it difficult? I know mine will be harder because I have a moonroof. Also, there is a piece of board that is just sitting on the cloth. I assume it was at one time attached to the roof, but how, glue? I know the first thing I must do is fix the moonroof so it won't leak. Right now I just use painters tape when it's gonna rain. Can I get off cheaper going to a glass specialist as opposed to a body shop? Any input would be appreciated.

Default No one knowledgable?

I asked this question a while back and have yet to get a response. Has anyone on this forum ever put in a new headliner in their interior and can offer some tips and know how? This is the only part of my interior that needs work, and I would like to get it done this summer. Someone PLEASE HELP!

Default

That is one area of the car that I allow an upholstery shop to perform the repairs.

I've tried myself on 3 different vehicles, with limited success.

Smile Thanks Mr.Nickleye

At least you responded. And if you had trouble with it, I think that I too shall leave it to the experts.
