Thumbs up Immediate Improvement!

Wow, just got my car back from the shop with a new CSF Radiator, and man, what a difference. As I said earlier, when I did city driving or pushed it hard, when I got home I would hear gurggling sounds and the overflow bottle would be spittin (and this is after getting a new head gasket). Well, I just came home after pushing it a bit and all that BS has stopped. Also, the guy at the shop sliced open my old radiator, and man, what a mess. The whole thing was practically sealed up with gunk. So, if anyone out there has similar problems, you might want to look into this as a cause. Don't rule out the BHG, because I did have one, but even after I took care of that, I still had coolant problems. I'll feel much better driving down to FLA now.

awesome. congrats man. beginning to wonder were you went.

when i read that the old radiator was filled with gunk, i began thinking that may have been a symptom or cause of the bhg? or maybe coincidence... just a thought...

Default Definitely BHG

When I had the new HG put in, the mechanic showed me what he pulled out, and there was a definite blowout between 5 and 6. The radiator really was shot, and like I said, the improvement is fantastic.
