Exclamation How to fix console material & shift boot?

I have a 89 N/A 5spd and the console cover is torn up in the middle, anyone have any ideas how I should go about fixing it? Also my black shift boot is cracking and looks pretty bad. Id like to fix these small things first then work my way up to the more costley problems! Ill try to get pictures soon if need be.

Im also looking into a cold air intake, but not sure what to get. I do know of someone who bought an aftermarket Honda intake and modified it to fit the supra, sounded amazing and seemed to have no problems. Not sure how I feel about this, but would like any opinions on intakes, the best for the money. Im not looking to build a race car here, but to make my car last and perform as it should.

Also, the color is the red/burgandy with red/burgandy interior. Im contemplating a paint job in the spring, but will be a cheap Maaco job. Ill probably end up removing all of the panel "stripping?" which is noticeably worn and broken in some places. And after that ill most likely be adding tint and an exhaust system.

Its hard with an N/A to focus on engine upgrades since theres such limitation, so ill work on the looks first then do the little things to upgrade performance. Since I picked the car up for about 800-900 and it runs perfectly, im not looking to invest much since as soon as im done with college I will be financing a new car (wish it was a new supra )

If anyone can help me with these questions id appreciate it!
