Unhappy It won't shift & speedo quit!

Good morning to all! This is my first Toyota ever!! So please excuse my ignorance! I just bought a 1990 Supra Turbo, It has an auto trans & ran excellently!! Yesterday it started to overheat due to a loose belt, which ended up breaking. I pulled over to let it cool down & repair it. Once I finished repairing it & it cooled down I went to head home & it won't shift out of 1st gear & the speedo has quit working. It grabs just fine in first but won't shift up no matter what I do!! Any Ideas would be a big help!!! I LOVE these cars, I just don't know anything about them!

Question

when you say repair... you mean you put a new belt on? or like you used some panty hose? which belt was it that busted off? fan belt?

I put on a new belt. It was the water pump, alternator belt. I also topped off the coolant, which had boiled out. I did not drive it with the blown belt, as soon as i heard it break, I shut the engine off & coated to a stop in a parknig lot.

I think I figured it out!!! It shifts if you diconect the ECT & shift it manually. I believe it is the no.2 speed sensor on the trans. My question now is where can I get one???
