if you look under your car at the rear of the trans there is a cross member that the trans rest on you cant miss it well anyway in between the cross member and the trans there is a rubber mount just looking at it really isnt enough unless it cracked of obliviously rotted out if you strong you can push up on the rear of the trans to see if it is separated if your not strong use a pry bar or crowbar anything you can fit between the cross member on trans and pry up if its good you wont be able to move it more than a half inch if you can pry up more than that and the mount isnt good and I would replace asap also i would have the u joints inspected as well
