Default Karman Frequency Vs Air Flow?

Hi guys,

I need to know the karman frequency vs airflow for toyotas or for any car. I have searched the net and came up with nothing. At the very least I need to find out what is the ballpark Max frequency you can expect in real life from a KV airflow sensor.

I looked at the "MAP ECU" manual and it says that the KV frequency ranges from 16hz to 3000 hz. Another site suggests that the max is 160hz. I have a hard time believing that the KV sensor can output a 3000hz signal because that would imply that the mechanics inside the sensor moves @ 3000 hz. 3000 hz is pretty fast for anything mechinical.

Any info or links you guys can provide would be appreciated.

Regards,

Alan To
