I don't think dalmations are too bright! Both of my dogs have stong herding instincts and are forever chasing things, especially motor cycles. Forever chasing things, but not mice things. Go figure.

lol...yeah, my dog went after my mom while she was hanging clothes in the back yard....he was to stupid to realize he could jump the fence, therefore never got out to chase cars. but he did like birds and cats.
