For some reason, I think there's more to it than that.
Nobody goes through 3 engines just babying a car... I beat the shit out of my Legacy every time I drive it. it's got 223,000mi on the original engine, and guess what? it runs like a top. Why is that? Because I know a thing or two about maintenance. Both preventative and necessary.
