my 88 n/a has pretty much the same mods as you do, i launch the car a 4000 rpms since this is the most i got cuz the tires jus spins out if i go any higher it would really do me any better, and i shift in between 4000-5000 rpms, cuz thats when i feel the most out of my engine, but giv your car a few runs, and feel for it yourself
if you come up with better results share em, never timed my car tho, so any 1/4 mile times would be helpful
