Can a early model 289c.i. or 302c.i. be put in a 1982-1985 Supra? If so please tell me how???

Yes, as long as you don't have to pass emissions testing. How?? You'll have to figure that one out, with someone thats done conversions. A really good mechanic could figure out whats needed.
A novice will need alot of time to learn along the way.
