Debating to buy?

Hello i am a newbie to this forum and to the supra world..my last car was a 1997 saturn sl2..that recently caught on fire..for unknow reasons..it was a beater anyway..but the ? i have is i am now looking for a new used car in the rhode island area and i came across a 1988 toyota supra, twin cam turbo on autotrader.com for 1900 or best offer..the ? i had is this a good deal or should i try and give him 1000..all the help would be appreciated this is the link if you wana look at it..
